I've gotten my morning coffee from Dunkin Donuts at 62 E. Jackson, Chgo, IL 60604 since the store first opened. On 3/17, I purchased a x-large cup of black coffee and as always asked for six individual creamers. I was informed that there were no creamers available and I would be given cream in a cup. After asking for a cover for the cup, was told that I could not have a cover unless I paid. 25c for it. The asst' manager reinterated the same thing. I spend approximately $377.00 annually at this store and will now take my business elsewhere. This is poor consumer services that will result in the store loosing a considerable amount of revenue do to poor inventory control and not have the forsite to see that a 377.00 annually will offset. 25 cents. The staff need some intervention on how poor customer service affect annual profit and how to keep necessary invertory on hand for the customers.
