I will never eat or any member of my family will never eat at arby's in cookeville tn on south willow ever again. They leave food out of your order all the time and the ppl that work their seem like they high on somthin and its not life! I get 30mins for my lunch break n i call my order in at 6:50pm to pick up at 7:00pm im there at 6:58pm and dont get my food until 7:10pm! Plus i had to get outta my car in the drive thru and come inside to get my food and when i get back to work to eat i notice they left out my aussie sauce for dipping my sandwhich. I call them n the lil girl on the phone says they can give me 30cts back if i bring my receipt in! Nevermind me not eating the sandwhich cause it not the same without the dipping sauce. Its like eating a bowl of cereal without the milk! Then they have the nerve to tell me arby's dont get call ins so thats why they didnt make my order! I wanna know from head quarters or the main office is this the normal policy of the arby's franchise. If so why not tell me when i order, so i can take my business elsewhere
