I recently had surgery on my right arm. It is currently in a brace, and I'm unable to move or bend my elbow. Unfortunately, I also happen to be right handed. My husband and I decided to go out to dinner at the Longhorn in Asheville, NC tonight. We were quietly discussing what to order. I mentioned my longing for a steak that I was reluctant to order as I could not cut it up. Due to a severely pinched nerve, my husband could not cut it up for me. Our waitress happened to overhear part of our dilemma. With the assistance of our waitress and the wonderful kitchen staff, I enjoyed a delicious New York Strip cooked to perfection and thoughtfully cut up into bite size pieces.
