My girlfriend n I went to the Applebee's in Elizabethton for dinner. We waited a little over thirty minuts for your food and when it finaly came out the meatballs were cold as ice. It took another 10 minute to get the waitress back to the table to let her no. They did fix it but not once did a manager come over to say sorry or ask how they could fix the problem. I've been in management for over three years n I always follow up if thers a problem.
