The level of INCOMPETENCE and LAZINESS at this location amazes me. Just one more incident last night, and nobody to talk to. No wonder they no longer put the phone# on the reciept! The phone# listed in the phone book is no good, it just goes to a fax tone. This forces a person to drive back to the store at a time and money cost that is more than the cost of the wrong order. Customer loses and Wendy's just doesn't care. I'm done with that location. Idiots.
I went through the drive thru last night after a long hard day at work. Made my order clearly. Got up to the window and "Tricia" handed me my order. Since there were several people behind me and me trying to be considerate of them, I did not dig through my entire bag to check every item. Part of my order was the sour cream and chives baked potato. I clearly asked "Tricia" if I got the sour cream and butter, to which she replied, "Yeah. It's in the bag". Well, she ASSUMED it was in the bag. It wasn't. So my meal was ruined. I could either eat my dry baked potato, or package it up and drive back to the store and go inside and look for some teenage manager. The cost of the trip back, and my tiome would just create a larger loss for me, especially after my 12 hour work day. WHAT is so hard about giving someone a COMPLETE and PROPER order? It is NOT rocket science. A monkey should be able to do that job. I WILL GO BACK, and I will sit at the drive thru window, open my bag, and inspect EVERY ITEM while still at the window, and I suggest everyone else do the same.
