I went to my neighborhood location at 5:45 on a Sunday night. It was closed although their drive thru was lit up. All other competitors on the street were open for business. I decided to go out of my way and drive 15 minutes to the next location. The parking lot wasn't plowed, I had to repeat my order 3 times (simple - double cheeseburger meal with pepsi). I had a 20 minute wait behind 2 other cars. The employee at the window wasn't friendly at all... And when I drove the 15 minutes home and sat down to my meal... I found a sloppy burger with 1/2 the cheese melted to the wrapper. No condiments on the luke warm burger. No condiments (which I asked for) in the bag for fries and the fries... There were a total of 11 ice cold stale fries in the container, not even close to 1/2 full. If it wasn't for the additional 15 minute drive back there I would have returned my order, Unacceptable customer service all around.
