Went to burger king drive-thru, ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, and one veggie burger, and an order of your funnel cake stix. When we arrived at home w / the veggie burger and funnel stix were missing. I called BK to let them know about the missing items, and the guy on the phone was pretty rude and i asked to speak to a manager and he said he was. He said he had the items sitting there on the counter and i told him my husband would be there to pick it up. He didnt even apologize. When my husband went to pick up the food, once again he did not apologize for the mistake. Not only was it bad customer service but the veggie burger and stix were cold and our sandwiches had yellow lettuce. We will not be returning to burger king!
