I have been to the burger king on kietzke lane in reno, nv more then once and on every occassion that I go there, my food is never right! I order the A1 steakhouse burger and it is a very expensive hamburger to begin with and to NOT receive that burger frustrates the hell out of me! I am so irritated with the fact that no one speaks english, they look at you wait 10 mins even though your food is done, and then give you the wrong meals! IM SOOOO DONE with this burger king and maybe all of them since this one isnt closed yet!
