We have been eating at Cappo's about once a week for about a year.
The food is awesome, HOWEVER, for the past few months the orders take longer and longer, are made with less care and are frequently incorrect. Usually not enough to make a fuss until now.
I ordered wings and received the wrong flavor. They were delivered. It was a 20 piece wing, so this time I wanted my order corrected. I called to complain. They offered to bring out the correct order but by then we had waited an hour and twenty minutes for the first order. I didn't want to wait another hour and 20 to eat dinner. I asked if I could get a credit, throw away the incorrect order and call it a day.
I was told it would be no problem! Imagine my surprise when the next day I went to the store to get the correct order and I was called a liar and told they weren't going to give me free food.
I've been going there over a year, I've never complained and after being a regular customer for so long this jack ass calls me a liar!
Well no need to worry Mr manager! I won't ever be in your restaurant again. I'll spend $160-$200 a month somewhere they don't mind correcting a mistake.
(btw i took the uneaten wings back to show the jerk i wasn't a liar!)
