I went to burger king tonight in east syracuse ny on thompson rd, i ordered two kids meals with ranch dip and three other meals. I received all my food and checked to see if the ranch dip was the bag, and sure enough it was not, so i asked the manager, female with dirty blond hair for two ranch dips and she reached under the counter and threw one container at me from behind the counter.
There were other people at the counter who stood in disbelief. This was a total display of unprofessionalism that i have ever seen, so i asked an employee who probably makes 1/2 the money for the ranch and he hands them to me. A real disappointment at Burger King today
