The company promised 14 business days processing time, I had to email them 18 days later to inquire as to the status of my order. They replied two days later that it was being shipped;my credit card company informed me they only charged me the day I emailed them so it appears they had forgotten! Long story short, the package was being delivered by UPS who needed another $50 COD but since I was at work, I couldn't accept the package and it got shipped back to the company. I called to ask them for a reimbursement and I was given the run around that Angela was on lunch (eternally). She sent me an aggressive email saying that they would charge me keep 25% AND make me pay for the shipping! I called yet again and insisted on speaking to her - I told her I would gladly try them another time when I didn't need the products right away but Angela, the "customer service rep" didn't want to refund me all of my money. So now I'm paying $54.00 for NOTHING.
It was only after that I googled them to find other complaints like this mine. They suck. I will make it my point to ruin their already crappy reputation until they give me my money back.
