In the last 8 weeks, I visited exactly the same Sonic 8 times. I have requested Explosions and also have been overcharged all-but onetime. The selection claims to get a regular-size butterfinger boost it's $2.19, but I'm charged $2.29 I Have introduced this towards the interest of many carhops, a manger, and general supervisor (GM) twice! The next occasion, the supervisor and GM were informed and were shocked and stated decided I had been right, the cost being billed doesn't fit the selection. They apologized and returned my income. The GM stated she'd make notice of the mistake and contact Corporate. The next week following this event I requested a boost and also the cost was appropriate. The following week, I returned, and requested a boost simply to be overcharged again by $. 10 I told the carhop I had been overcharged, that I desired my reimbursement, which I needed to talk to the GM (who the carhop stated was operating that evening.) The carhop arrived and stated they understood concerning the problem which she was sorry and returned my $. 10 plus tax. I'd to advise them to incorporate duty (1 penny for $. 11)! Then your same GM arrived and that I advised her of the problem to be overcharged by $. 10. She TODAY provides a unique account. The pc is correct, however the selection is incorrect. I expected her to place a PostIt within the selection to replicate the right price since it was fake marketing by displaying cheaper purchase price and getting an inflated cost. I actually donot believe she recognized a term I had been saying. She stated that she doesn't have expert to place indicators about the selection (eventhough I Have noticed it-done at additional Sonics). She stated the brand new selections might replicate the cost change.

But I am tired of the clarification. Why might the carhop inform me these were conscious of the problem and mistake however GM change and state there's no mistake and also the pc is correct??? The overcharging continues to be happening for just two weeks.in six months, there's NOT been a brand new selection in the Sonic. Like a skilled, this reasoning does not make any sense. Why might the personal computers be updated to replicate a price change however the selection not be transformed in the same period or inside a sensible time period (significantly less than 2 weeks) to replicate the elevated cost? And when the cost have been transformed within the pc, why might the prior weekis boost cost be proper however now incorrect again??? Really dubious! The GM "Joanie" didn't display any regret or supply any assist in solving the problem. I created an indicator to repair the fake marketing and he or she did not care.
