10-03 5:30 PM: My mom and that I went in to the Sonic booth to-order. We were not really acquainted with the selection and buzzed to ask questions. Employee 1 answered our concerns and questioned if we'd like even more time, I said yes.

As we decided things to order, Employee 2 “Mickey” (woman) got our order. After I questioned what dimension of beverage was the “Sonic Size” she said “large”. I questioned again by having an instance of what I had been asking about (i.E. 32oz or 44oz) and he or she repeated in a higher voice “LARGE”. I simply approved that whilst the ‘size’ and attempted to complete buying. Mid-way within the purchase I requested another issue and he or she didn’t solution. I subsequently chose to have her repeat what I'd requested so far. Once she repeated the incomplete order I stated “I might likewise like…” and he or she spoke over me using the cost of the partial order. I subsequently repeated, “I want to complete the order.” and got no response. After I buzzed again, she returned on and stated “I GOT THE ORDER CURRENTLY! ”

I subsequently joined the shop and requested whom was the woman that got my purchase. “Mickey” rollerskated around me with her experience being 2” from mine stated “I did! ” I proceeded to inform her that I had been not completed and what she did was rude. Her response was “I’m do hectic for this $#it! ” and skated down. I requested to talk to the supervisor and required the amount of the franchisee operator and also the corporate workplace. He passed me what I requested for and that I delivered to my automobile.

Employee 1 arrived with my food and apologized for Employee 2’s perspective. I subsequently inquired if she was usually like this which she responded, “Most of times. But no body has actually are available in to complain.”

Main point here: My mom and that I didn't deserve to be resolved once we were within the audio. Used to do not deserve to become spoken towards the method I had been by “Mickey” inside the shop. At this time, I'll never patronize this Sonic shop again! Can I recommend ‘customer service’ instruction along side spot-checks with ‘secret shoppers’ to maintain rating of how your visitors are handled.
