I requested and COMPENSATED having a gift-card (not Sonics) nevertheless when my purchase was introduced I had been informed they simply had a need to observe my card with no extra costs could be created (foolish I understand). After I examined my card 24 hours later i noticed two costs from Sonics... My unique and another BIGGER cost. I named corporate and submitted a study and informed somebody might follow-up with me. Which was LAST MONTH!!! I called back after of a week and my contact data was established and that I was informed these were sorry and somebody might return with me. Did not occur.
I called back THE NEXT week again! Same task... Verify my contact data and stated sorry somebody might return with me. I told them I'd be processing using the BBB and might contact the neighborhood one myself to determine if it'd help facilitate issues. The supervisor desired to understand basically had the copies of both original bills. I told him no used to donot keep my first bill of course if I'd obtained another bill I'd have solved after that it. I told him I really could give a backup of my declaration displaying both VARIOUS costs on a single evening and area, etc. I got time-out of my evening and went over there to show it in and was informed he'd complement my declaration towards the client bills from that evening and might return with me. Again did not occur.
Approached the neighborhood Sonic drive-in wherever the overcharging happened nowadays and talked towards the supervisor again. He mentioned they'd no REPORT of both costs being created on that day. I translated that to imply I had been being named a LIAR. He explained he named Treasury which he'd I would like to understand what they discovered. I then proceeded to contact Corporate again and let them know I needed this resolved by this Thursday since it'd been PER MONTH currently and nothing continues to be solved!
If it a $one or two I'dnot create a large deal about this. However it wasn’t!!! As well as the therapy I've obtained since that time have simply created me more upset over this entire problem and that's why I'd like it solved along side an APOLOGY at this time.
