I went to the albion ny mcdonalds on rt 31 owned by rico on 3/21/09 at 1040pm. First no one was at the counter, i waited for almost 10 min. I had to yell in the back to get some service. I ordered 2 qtr pounders 2 cheese burger 1 fry. The order came out so fast it stated to make me think, before i looked in the bag to check it a gir came out from the back to work behind counter. She had a large hook in her mouth, on her lip. I wanted to say can i hang my keys and jacket on that, what a look for a new mcdonalds. I just left. When i got home i tried to eat, i only live a 1/4 mile from there. The food was so bad, i felt sick, it was also ice cold, like it was there for hours, no wonder i got it so fast.
I went back today to complain to a manager. The first thing they said manager wont be back till the next day. I said give me who is ever in charge. The counter started busy, so i tried to be nice about it and asked the (mod) to come over to the table and sit with me for a momant. She refused to. I said fine, i will just contact the corp office. Then she stated that we are not part of the corp office, so it doesnt matter. This of course made me even more upset. I had to educate her that even if you are just a francise you still carry the logo and that comes with the obligation. I finally got her to listen to my complaint, when i told her about the hook in the girls mouth she acted jealous, and said i dont even get to wear mine. I couldnt beleive my ears. After about 15 min waiting to get my creadit card back from her for a refund, she handed it back in a rude way. I look for a name on a name tag, she wasent waring one. I had to ask her name, she stated sarra. The only good thing is that i have the owners hone number 1 716 810 0400. Now i feel so sick i am going to the doctor to see if i have food poison. Dont eat here
