Got to the store about Feb, 02 @ 6:45 Pm and ordered (1) 10pc McNugget Meal with Bbq sauce, (1) Big Mac (1) QTR Pounder with Cheese, (1) Cheeses burger with one Coke which came to $14.86 and $16.12 with Tax. @ Store No. 326, KS #12, KVS order 34.
Now I brought the food home, I live less than a qtr mile from there. I never Ordered two meals, I only ordered one and only got one, but was charged for two. Hence the $16 bill.
Now ALL the Food was stale, Like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Next, We called and complained the phone answerer who spoke in broken English said are You coming back today? We said No we'd retrieve our products later the next day.
We called the next Day and Debbie who's now managing that McDonalds said " I cannot give all that Stuff" even though We complained the Day before, So I called Corporate and they also had a "give a hoot" attitude.
So then to prove My point to Debbie, I packed up all of the food that I purchased Yesterday and a Copy of the Ticket and gave Here back Her stale food and I am still out $16 and stressed for having to deal with Incompetent Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
One thing that McDonalds did very well is teach Me a Lesson of why Not To Buy McDonalds Food or Products in The Future.
