I called at excatly 2330hrs to get a sandwich measal delivered via a coupon, I was told that the total came out to 9.67 and that a 10 minimum was in order to delever the meal, I told them okay thats fine add 47 cents on there and I will be more than happy to pay for it. They told me I needed to order something else and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and was hung up on again. I called back a third time and was told by the same individual "Mike" that he was the manager, I asked for the store manager information and was told that he would not give that info. I asked for the storwe manager name and again was not given that information and was hung up on again. I then called the Arroyo Grande store and was helped very icely and assured a call back tomorrow by the store owner who apparently is the same owner of the store in Isle Vista.
I wait to see if that will accure, however I ask all Goleta and Isla VBista students of UCSB and just residents to boycott the isla vista store until thsi individual "mike is let go for his sub standard and rude customer service, or until this is rectified.
I will update tomorrow if my call is returned or if this is rectified.
