Never responded to a complaint

Several weeks ago, we ordered a pizza for delivery. For the longest time, Columbus area Pizza Huts used a central call hub to place orders. They recently switched and now you call the individual store. When we called the store, the man who answered was incredibly aggressive, condescending and acted like we were a bother to him. (Order was placed on speaker phone, so multiple people heard the conversation.)

He continually tried to get off the phone and sounded like he wasn't paying attention. I felt quite offended at the way he treated me on the phone. He quoted us about 35 minutes delivery time but it took over an hour. The actual delivery person, a female, was quite nice. The pizza, however, was cold and rubbery.

I filed a complaint on pizza hut's website and received no response in over two weeks, so I filed another one. Its been well over 6 weeks since the incident and no response or retribution, not even a phone call or email, resulted from this. We have not ordered from pizza hut since this. We've since tried another pizza chain and absolutely love it. The plus side is that they're cheaper and better quality!
