The wife and I drove about 30 mles to this resturant to get food and we were going to eat it at the drive-in movie. It took a long time to get the order. The looked in the bag and there were french fries in it and we told them we did not order those and the guy said just keep them and he would get the item we were missing.

We got to the movie and when we opened our sandwiches they were made wrong and I did not get th burger I ordered, it was supposed to be a double, but only had 1 beef pattie on it. The wife was alittle upset, the guy that was waiting on us had his britches down and all you could see was his underware.

I called to toll free number for Sonic and someone took down the information and would foward it to the manager and district manager. NEVER heard a word from anyone and 10 days later I get a post card in the mail that offered me 1 free sandwich... Hell I had 2 bad burgers!

These clowns lost me for good and they are planning on building a new store in Danville, VA. I will write a letter to our local newspaper and let them know what kind of service you get from Sonic.
