First off my boyfriend used to work there and was a 1st class employee. He got employee of the month and raises. Was told by managers he was a good cook and one of the best they had. Then they got a new manager who didn't like him and they wrongfully fired him with no reason why.
When we would go there to eat we got terrible service. The hostess didn't greet us and we thought we had to seat ourselves. When they did talk to us they were rude and unprofessional. I've never met such an unprofessional management and staff.
Then they seated us with the worst waitress ever. She got all of our food and drinks wrong. Then gave me an attitude when we sent it back. I asked for the manager and she never came. The other food they brought was wrong also and cold.
The waitress made rude comments to my friend about her daughter and being pregnant. Then it was my little sister's birthday and I asked them to come to the table and sing. They never did and she was so disappointed she cried. She's 11 years old and her exact words were "This Friday' sucks I never wanna come here again!"
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone to eat at or work for. If you want impecable hospitality, service and food the Friday's to go to is the one on Tiedeman Road in Brooklyn OH.
