Mesa Hills Cafe
Littering, breaking noise ordinances, disregard for well being of neighborhood, allowance of alcoholic beverages outside of the establishment, loud profanities from staff heard down the street

Mesa Hills Cafe has continued to break noise ordinances, discard trash and alcoholic beverages in surrounding residences, allows alcoholic beverages illegally off premises, and has a complete disregard for the saftey, privacy and well being of the surrounding neighborhood. The staff is rude and spiteful, the owner has no control over his staff and is usually absent, and for years this bar, disguised as a restaurant has been an enormous nuisance, eye sore and destructive establishment. This must stop!
