My husband & I stopped at the chanhassen applebees on 10-5-13 It took awhile to get seated, our waitress (Kristen D) was in a big hurry to get our order. We got a 2 for $20. Deal or bonles chicken wings toke a while we thought ok then after they arrived by someone else we got plates then after awhile we finally got silverware by our waitress who said we ran out of siverware we thought sure seeing that the place wasn't even close to being halfway full. Then we waited and waited and waited some more then our food finally showed, our baked potatoes were cold the steaks were wonderful. Finally after we were more than half way done our waitres came by to ask if things were ok we asked her if it was always this cold in here, she said ya I have been getting complaints all day about that! I mentioned about the potatoes being cold that maybe there warmers weren't working right she did say she could microwave them we said no seeing that they were almost done by the time she came over to see if things were ok. I don't ever right reviews but this waitres pissed us off.
