No matter whether you like or dislike the menu the service should speak volumes.
My family dined at the Raleigh location on 7/7. We were seated ootside on the patio. Sami was our server. She was terrible.
She spoke too low and too fast to understand. She blew through the menu explanation way too fast. Conversely she was extremely slow and inattentive to our requests. We had to wait a long time to get beverages and the water was not refilled (sitting outside we needed iced water). Finally we had some sushi to take home. She was no where to be found. I was concerned the sushi would start to turn in the evening heat. Finally she came and returned with the sushi boxed to go... No dry ice or any sort of coldpack!!! It this a real sushi restaurant or just an imposter? If you serve sushi be prepared that customers will take it home.
