Every morning I order a medium coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant when I ask for jelly they want to charge me ten cents for 1 pack of jelly, now if I wanted 2 pack of jelly I can see them charging you more, but the first pack should be complimentary. Dunkin Donuts have lost me as a customer I will go to McDonalds where they don't ask you to pay for jelly even when you get more then one pack.
