We normally love polaner jelly but my daughter was making sandwiches and she opened and unopened jar of jelly and found the head of a bug in the jelly. Suffice to say it is a brand new jar going to waste. We are unable to contact the company directly because the website requires flash and our phone does not support it and we can not reach the company.
