I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts in Raleigh on Falls of Neuse for many, many years now. Their service seems to continue to get worse. I find myself having to repeat a simple order more than once only for it to be wrong. Their employees have no problem displaying horrible attitudes. I refuse to continue spending my money and wasting anymore time at this establishment. I have given them too many chances for improvement but again it's only getting worse. As of today 6/14 Dunkin Donuts has lost a very valuable customer. I hope they receive Training in Customer Service ASAP in order to improve their service. Otherwise, they will continue to lose valuable custormers like myself.
