The customer service is terrable, I recived the wrong pizza noticed when got home after 20 min drive called to explain I recived the wrong pizza. Larosa's said they would issue a 10$ credit, called today a week later and no credit? The lady anwsering the phone today must like to hear herself talk because I couldn't get a word out. Finally she asked me "What do you want me to do"? I replied wheres my credit thats all i want she said "I cann't issue a credit already issued, I never got the first so I feel like I gave Larosa's 20$ for nothing and had to throw away the wrong pizza I recived with sausage that I dislike and didn't order, and still have nothing? But I will not stop spreading this to all until justice is served.
