Yesterday around 6pm, I went to Dunkin Donuts store#342287 on the 1st Summer Street, downtown Boston to get 4 gift cards, $15/each for mail clerks and jenators at where I am working. The gentlement, Kyle, who sold gift cards to me ran our of evelopes. He told me go to the any DD franchise to get evelopes. I went to other DD in Corner Mall at downtown Boston which is couple blocks away from store #342287. I was in line and wait for my turn. I asked the DD employee who was working there name Fatbay for envelopes. I showed her my 4 new Dunkin Donuts gift cards that need evelope. She said NO. She wouldn't give them to me because I didn't buy giftcards from her. She told me go back to where I bought those giftcards to get evelope. I said the guy overthere told me to get envelopes at any DD store. She kept saying NO. I went back to the store at Summer Street told Kyle what Fatbay said. Kyle walked to Corner Mall with me with intention to get evelopes for me. But when we got there, Kyle told her the situation. Fatbay immediately took all envelopes on the rack and embraced them, shaking her head and say NO. She would not give out envlopes because I wasn't her customer but Kyle's. Kyle told her that his manager told him if he ran out of envelopes then he can direct customers to get them at any DD store. Fatbay did not agree and kept saying she not going to give out envelopes to whom are not her customer. They argued each other and it seemed I was invisble to her. An arguement was about 15 minutes and there wasn't a winning person. There was an elderly customer just got there and asked me what was going on. I told her the whole story that I bought $60 giftcards but no envelopes. I wouldn't give them out to other as a gift like that and I need only 4 envelopes but Fatbay made a big deal out of it. That lady told me that she would get them for me. While Kyle and Fatbay were still arguing, the lady asked Fatbay for 4 envelopes and Fatbay did. She gave to that lady and then she gave those to me to get over with. I couldn't thank her enough for her kindness and was very upset with Dunkin Donuts nasty customer service from Fatbay. I will never ever buy giftcards at Dunkin Donuts nor buy anything at Dunkin Donuts.
