First of all we work for a big company and we only get a 20 minute lunch so we called jimmy johns gourmet sandwiches around 10:30 am and we placed our order for delivery to deliver around 11:30 or 11:45 because we have lunch at 12:00. We go to lunch and our food is not there our lunch brake is over and still no food so we called the restaurant again and the manager starts arguing that she did send someone there and that no one came out and then she says that she will be sending the delivery person again to our work so we can pay her for the sandwiches that never got deliverd to us
She was so not very profesional not at all I do not recomend this restaurant to anyone poor service and very rude manager that lost about 30 customers because of that miscomunication the manager said she forgot to get the girls name thats why she never deliverd them but her money for the sandwiches were at the front office in the receptionist desk
