A couple of years ago, we opened our online business. After 6 months, it was unsuccessful because we were not making any money from it. No one bought our products so we never used the credit card service from Cardservice International. They sent us a bill of 220.00 and we asked them to send us a statement to see why they charged 220.00.
After a year, we never received a statement from them. The last person we talked to said to be patient and she would us send us the statement in the mail. We waited with patience of Job but we never received it. We received a mail from an attorney today and Cardservice International still want 220.00 from us. We are upset because it's been over a year and we never heard from them like they disappeared in thin air.
