Since I re-activated my account with CardService Intgernational I had nothing but trouble. Honestly speaking I think it is not CardService International's fault; it is the so-called representatives or agents. And, i don't know where this business is actually located.
1): On August 1 I ordered a part and asked them to send it an address. They sent it to the wrong address. Then they sent me another piece but this time they sent the wrong item. I drove 176 miles (gas at that time was $3.29 per gal) to get the right item. They sent the wrong item to the right address, the right item to the wrong address. When I called them, they said they would send a pre-paid box to send the wrong item.instead of doing that, THEY BILLED ME FOR BOTH! It has taken me until now (December) to get the refund. Even that they tried to cheat me. They refunded the lesser amount although the wrong item they sent was the more expensive one.
2): In June this year when I first called (1-866-416-0244) to re-activate my account I made it very clear to them that my account is to be open only from June through end of August. The person of this company called NEW BUSINESS TO NEW BUSINESS was very pleasing and said he would do it exactly as I wanted. When I called in the third week of August to make sure my account was closed for the year, Customer service (1-877-274-7915) told me it was not set for "seasonal" and that I need to called my account representative (at the above phone #). He made some lame excuses and said he would fix it if I would faxe him an Account Suspension form he e-mailedme. He called back on August 24th to say he fixed my account properly. But I kept getting charges for September and October. When I called 1-866-416-0244 to talk to the owner, Mr. Frank Csonger, the workers never let me do that. Finally, I got hold of another person who, again, asked me to fax the Account Suspension form to him. I did that, He called to say he received it. That's all!

Meanwhile, the day i sent him the fax, I got a refund of $75 from somwhere. Anywway, this person, Jacob Motley never got back to me again - never asnwered my calls. I am still waiting for one month's refund. And, somehow, I got the phone # for CardService Corporate office but the person I talked to was even less helpful. He put all the blame on me.

Finally, avoid this "invisible" company called New Business to New Business. Remember the phone #'s. They mean "red signal". Never deal with them. Never!
Someone please tell me, are there any more reliable, customer-friendly card service in this country.
