The Internet Treasure Chest offers a "domain registration" that is actually a virtual domain. They made unaurthorized charges to my credit card after their "domain registration" failed the first time and they agreed to send a refund, which they have not sent.
So not only are they crooks, they are also liars.
The information they sent me advertised a merchant account to be able to accept credit cards. They said that CardService International was allowing them to waive the $195.00 application fee and charged me $395.00 to set up this account. After setting up the account and contacting CardService International I was told that CardService International did not have an "application fee".
I called ITC on November 15 and told them to cancel the account and stop charging my credit card. As of January they still continue to make unaurthorized charges to my credit card.
This is only a very brief account of the problems I have had with ITC and CardService International. I have been spoken to quite rudely by representatives of both companies.
CardService International claims credit card customers have 6 months to request charge backs for purchases made with thier credit cards. According to every credit card company I have spoken to, this is not true.
CardService International with held funds totalling $2,200.00 that belonged to my company for nearly 2 weeks under this ficticous 6 month charge back rule.
