Took 249.00 from my checking account without consent or even my knowledge

I was receiving calls from people telling me I was accepted for a Mastercard that had cheap health insurance to go along with it.

They called at least 1 time a day and I told them no each time. The last time they called I told them to take my name off the list.

It was 2 days later when I found the debit to my account. I have no idea how they obtained my info. Because I gave them nothing.
