I received an unauthorized withdrawl from my checking account of 30.00. I did not have the funds in that account and was charged a returned item fee. I called my bank to find out what this was and they gave me the name of Vantage funding and the phone number.
I called the number and spoke to a man named Bo #252 who told me I had an account with them. I was hesitant in giving any information and he then proceeded to tell me what he had under my name. He had an address from 2 years ago. I told him that should have alerted them that I did not request a payday loan. He then tried to sell me on getting the loan. I told him no and cancelled the account.
I will have to go to my bank and cancel out my account and try to have them reverse the returned check fee. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never inquire about a payday loan online ever again. How is it possible to charge my account if I never gave any bank information. A company has sold my information!!! I am very upset.
