On 11/17 our car was repossessed after our check did not go through due to an overage. We had no notifcation from them that our check did not clear and they show up and took car. We had called them when our bank notified us of the problem on 11/08 and customer service said it had gone through, we told her lets just western union the money and she said no. It has been a week and I can not get how much I owe to get car back and they refuse to give me the pay off amount unless I supply them with 3 phone numbers other then what they have on file. They wont let me make good on what is passed due unless they have these numbers. I have recieved no letters or call backs from them. They leave me on hold for 20 minutes at a time and with a newborn baby it is hard to do this. I just want my car back and they wont let me get it! Please help
