I applied for a pay day loan an 12/17/07. USA Credit got my information off a pay day site. USA Credit tried to withdrawl $149.95 twice out of my checking account.
I called my bank on 1/2/08 due to insuffiencent fees were on my account. The bank gave me a number to a company that was trying to take money out of my account that wasn't there. I called the number they said i applied for a credit card through a web site. I told the company that I did not apply for a credit card that iI don't want one and to cancel anything they have done. USA Credit still tried to offer me a credit card even after i refused more than three times.
I went to my bank, a consultant and myself called USA credit together. We where requesting a faxed paper that I cancelled the credit and show a report of no authorization. USA Credit denied us this request " showing us of this closed account."
I have on record that i contacted USA Credit multiple times to get this situation taken care of. I found out that USA Credit is a scam and they get into websites to take people's in formation to get into your account and withdrawl funds.
I was still responsible to pay for the insuffiencent fees. Due to finding out that i was scammed the bank refunded me so far with the money I had to pay them.
