This bank is horrible customer service. I paid off the balance of my car loan ($3000) only to find out there was a remaining $20 in interest which they submitted to a Credit Burea and hurt my credit over their $20 interest fee. I called their customer service branch numerous times to reverse this charge and was bounced around to various numbeers and departments with no help at all. Then they wanted to collect $75 for an early pay off fee. I would avoid doing business with this Bank at all costs.
