I have a credit score well over 700 and I am getting hit with with a 18.7% interest rate for a $37K loan which I started last in May. If you think that is hard to believe... They started me out at 22% and finally talked them down to 20%! The only reason the interest went down to 18.7% was because the feds drop the interest rate.
The SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST "AMANDA" was nice enough to tell me I was not qualified to have my interest rates dropped closer to 8.99% which they ADVERTISE on their website... Leechs!!! Even though I have paid on time in the amount of $11,000 in the last 11 months, my $37K is down to $33K! It seems like I work for the bank!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Bank of America since I was a child and this is how a "loyal lifetime" customer is treated and respected.
I intend to close the Bank of America account and find a bank that is personally involved with the people residing in the community. Not with a bank with automated human robots on the other end... Keep reading those scripts because your customer service needs some revamping.
