Never sign a loan with this company without all the information in front of you. They will not have payoffs, and promise you money back after the loan closes, and if your payoff comes in higher you will get less!!!
Also, if you suspect your house was over-valued on the appraisal, call the state banking commision and report any and all areas you have questions about. They are notorious for doing these wrong doings. The sad thing is that the only people who get in trouble are the loan officers who have no experience and know no better. They are taught to do these things by management, and they just replace the loan officer with some other sucker.
