Sedgwick ignoring customers - Account rep danielle settles

Was hurt at work and introduced to sedgwick cms. I can get over the fact that they send my workman's comp check when ever they wanted, but not being able to get a hold of Danielle Settles for over 8 weeks leaving MANY MANY MANY messages trying to get my last check that is due to me is very unprofessional, would not recommend this company to anyone
