I have stopped my house from 3 sheriff sale's. I have proved in black and white the numerous acts of fraud made by GMAC (my mortgage company). Gmac stands to make a whole lot of money if they can steal my house from me and re-sell it.
For 6 years I have battled this company. This mortgage company has cashed house payments I have made and never logged the payments to my mortgage account; held my checks for 6 weeks before cashing them, then charged me late fees; charged my account numerous "misc." fees; charged my account forced-place insurance, when I already have insurance; filed fraudulent notary papers in my county records... And so many more!
After charging me for late fees when Gmac wouldn't cash my checks in a timely manner, they sent my house payment back which in turn put me in default of my loan. This is when the games began. I had no idea that mortgage companies broke so many laws till it happened to me, and they are getting away with it. I have been sent form letters to make my house payment to 7 different companies who claim that they were my new lender, yet none of these companies filed assignments with my county records that they owned my note.
I have lost thousands of dollars hiring attorneys and mortgage auditors, in hopes that the right eyes will see what I'm up against before I lose my home.
I can't believe these mortgage companies are getting away with this. They have to be stopped!
