Charged me over the limit fees even though I was not over the limit!

I had a balance of $1293.41 in which I paid $100.00 on 2/8/08. That made my new balance $1193.41.

I was then charged $7.99 for a TLG Shopper (Which I cancelled) on 2/11/08. This made my new ballance $1201.40!

On 2/18/08 I was charged a finance charge of $35.60. This made my new ballance $1237.00.

My credit limit is $1250.00, it was $13.00 under the limit and then I was hit with a $35.00 over the limit fee and then charged my $4.00 monthly membership fee. This made my ballance $1276.00.

I made a payment on 2/20/08 for $50.00 which knocked it down to $1226.00.

Then the TLG Shopper charged me again $7.99 putting my account ballance at $1233.99 then they assessed another $35.00 over the limit fee.

I have made no other purchases and my statements do not show any other fees outside of the ones mentioned.
