I got a phone call telling me I was getting a 100 dollar gift card from USA Benifits. My name was choosen because I was a good costomer. I have never delt with them before. Then they said thay would charge me 3.95 for shipping of the card. I told them I would have no money in the bank till after the first of the month. I am on disability. They said that was fine and said there would be no charge till after the first. Then they sent me to a machine to get the infoe on my card then sent me to another machine that went to telling me other things would be added, 25.00 here and 29.00 something there and before I knew it after the machine was ended they hung up on me before I could talk to someone to make sure we were understood only till after the first and then only the 3.95 and no more was to be charged. The machine talked so fast I couldnt write down the cancel number and now I am at a loss. What am I to do? I have a bad heart and I probibly wont get any sleep over this. I am barely making it now from month to month paying for my food and medicine. Help please.
