This company told me I could use my machine for both checks and credit cards about 2 years ago. When I received the machine, I noticed it looked like a regular credit card machine. When I called and talked with someone about it. They told me it does not handle checks. I explained to them I know and what was told to me. When they told me that this is what I would get. I asked them to take this back and cancel my contract due to wrong information. I was told I was obligated to keep the machine because I signed a contract.
I explained yea because it did checks and cards but the one you sent me don't. I sent a letter to the home office and never got a response. I recently looked at my business account for this machine and it was in the negative. Because when they ran the card it did not go through at first so when they ran it again it went through and they charged me a 20 dollar fee. The first year I was charged a leasing fee and also a fee for service that I never used. This machine has been put in the box the first day I received it and has not been out since. I am still paying for it. These guys are big rip offs and someone needs to shut them down.
