Cancelled site membership yet money is still taken every month

I tried a membership to an online site, then, when I found that it wasn't as it was presented, I cancelled the membership. Since that time, WTS Bank has continued to take money out of my checking account. To make matters worse, I just checked my account, and found that as of today, they upped the ripoff by taking twice the former amounts.
