I was interested in a start up business grant and ordered a CD online for research. Dr. John Porter's Grant Master CD. The CD was offered for shipping and handling charges as well as a "Trial Membership". Once the CD was received and I realized it was not what I wanted I immediately cancelled the "Trial Membership". However, what I did not realize is when I signed up for the "Trial Membership" there was another membership attached to it. This being "BSM/SBA EXPRESS" I have contacted BSM/SBA EXPRESS several times. The first month they refunded my money after much arguing, at first claiming they couldn't even find me in their data base, yet they had taken the money.
At that point this "membership" was to be cancelled. When the end of the next month rolled around I once again had this charge appear on my bank account, when I called again I went through the same hassel as the first month, "They didn't take my money because I wasn't even in their database". Eventually I received a credit for the $7.95. I just checked my bank account and believe it or not the $7.95 has been taken out once again. Web site to stay away from www.GrantMasterCD.com
