FSNB Online Banking - Overdraft

I check our Online Account with Fort Sill National Bank almost everyday and/or before using the Debit Cards or making any online payment. As close look, this morning checked the account as usual to pay our bills and noticed that we only had $197.00 (payday was yesterday???!!!) in our balance and we had zero overdraft amounts for several weeks/months. Closed the window and 30 min later opened the online account again and bad surprise our paycheck was cut and we were charged with $430 dollars in overdraft fees!!!

And the balance went red for more than 10 DAYS!!! How can that be possible if we check the online account as daily basis to prevent this? We are a Military Family living Overseas and now we are just waiting until late on the day to find out what happened (customer service only works from Mo-Fri and opens at 8am Central time). Now we are in hold, bills must be pay, we must buy food and we are punished because the bank sudenly updated almost 2 weeks on online banking. We will be forced to switch to another more accurate bank, but FSNB can be happy to know that got 430 dollars for a Military Family Overseas.
