Ripoff

I recieved a email for a credit card, i began to fill it out but did not finish. My husband noticed that 160.00 was withdrawn from our account, this was not authorized. I called the company and spoke with a represetitive, who was very rude, I INSISTED that I wanted my money back and told her that I WAS RIPPED OFF and she told me "oh well". And she also proceded to tell me that people do not read things before they sign up.
