Misleading and Fraudulant Practices

I was with this company for three years. I had great rates and services. Then it came time for renewal. They contacted me and everything seemed great. The rates that were promised were lower than my previous rates (that discount system had been discontinued).

The account manager walked me through the renewal contract. Everything looked good on the rates and I was told I would be getting new equipment for $126.00. After I submitted the paperwork (within one hour), I had time to review it more in detail and had some questions. I tried calling the company but they would not answer the phone. I could not get them to return any emails or messages for two weeks.By that time, not only had I had more questions, I had been contacted by a leasing company. Apparently, I had been signed up for a lease that was a 4 year commitment and was going to cost $135 per month. With all of the fees, I would be paying over $7000 for $250 in equipment.

When I did finally get a manager to call me back, they promised I misunderstood the terms and that even with the lease rates that I would be paying less than I was. After my first statement, I realized I was also paying almost 50% more than I was under my previous contract.

I still have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone or return any calls. I have only had one reply to my emails and that was a promise to call me, which did not happen.
