Newcastle Fairfield Group, Inc. Of Dania, Florida offers favorable terms on construction loans through principals Mark L. Smith (Dania, FL), Reg Wagner (Maggie Valley, NC), Obrian Norris (Deerfield Beach, FL) and Wes Harbison (Christmas Valley, OR). They obtain retainer funds from the customer, using deceptive contracts and loan processes, then never follow through on underwriting and funding processes. When pressed for documents, accounting for processing expenses or refunds due to lack of follow through, they delay with a deceitful web of finger pointing, changing of stories or disappear.

I in particular have been deceived out of a "retainer and collateral deposit" of $10,500 and a seperate "loan retainer fee" of $6500.
